Stacy Bonaparte and Family

Meet Stacy

Stacy Bonaparte has worked in real estate since 2004 and is currently based out of the Federal Way John L. Scott office. She has lived in South King County her whole life, and has worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers in King and Pierce Counties.

Stacy is family-oriented, responsive and caring in her personal and professional life. Her tagline is “My Family Helping Your Family,” and she takes her clients’ questions and concerns seriously, to ensure the most positive buying or selling experience possible. She loves working with people and especially enjoys contracts and negotiations. Stacy understands that each person has different goals in mind and she looks forward to every opportunity she has to help a client find exactly what they are looking for!

To market homes, Stacy uses social media and the John L. Scott Boost program to reach potential buyers. She is a John L. Scott broker because she appreciates the values, ethics, technology, co-agents and support staff that she has in the company.

Outside of work, she keeps busy with her sons’ Cub Scout events as well as activities with the college exchange students who live with her family. Stacy also enjoys line dancing and a relaxing pizza and movie night at home.

Federal Way

Federal Way’s motto is “It’s all within reach.” And that’s not just because we’re located midway between Seattle and Tacoma on Interstate 5. It’s because everything we need is right here. A lot of Western Washington residents know Federal Way as the home of Wild Waves and Enchanted Forest, and as the original home of Weyerhauser HQ, because both can be seen prominently from I5. Weyerhauser no longer calls Federal Way home, but the company has made much of the land that was headquarters open to the public, including rhododendron gardens, a bonsai collection, and other botanical gardens. The Commons at Federal Way is a mall that is home to big brand stores like Macy’s and Target, as well as restaurants and movie theaters. The Weyerhauser King County Aquatic Center is an Olympic sized pool facility that can seat up to 2,500 people and has hosted events ranging from The Goodwill games and Olympic trials, to private events and high school meets. Dash Point State Park offers more than 3,000 feet of Puget Sound shoreline for beachcombing and wildlife viewing, as well as campsites and more than 10 miles of hiking and biking trails. Whether you’re looking for an afternoon stroll through a quiet neighborhood, a night at the movies, ways to stay active or a place to call home, it’s all within reach in Federal Way. If you’d like to learn more about Federal Way, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

Reviews

“Stacy was exactly who I needed for a very complicated transaction. I have dealt with other agents, but none gave the level of sincerity and caring that she brought to the process. I asked more of her than what is typical, yet never once did she make me feel that I was asking too much. She took it all in stride and was sincerely committed to helping me through a stressful sale. With expertise and professionalism - and a lot if care and holding my hand -she truly went above and beyond what the typical duties are. And though I know she had many other clients she was helping, I always felt 100% of her attention was on me and what I needed. I would highly recommend Stacy and will request her again should the need arise.”

“Stacy was wonderful helping us find our new home in Washington. She is very knowledgeable about the area we were interested in and really took the time to find houses that would work with our needs. It took nine months to sell our old house and buy one and Stacy was patient and helpful through the entire process. We would highly recommend working with Stacy.”

“Stacy was invaluable to the buying process. She knew the process, knew the location and was working hand in hand with my lender. She was awesome to work with and minimalized the stress associated with buying our first home.”
